In 2024, LW enrolled in the Progression into Employment Course at Project Colt, seeking direction and opportunities for personal development. Throughout the course, he not only built valuable skills but also formed meaningful relationships with fellow participants. The sense of camaraderie and mutual support he experienced played a key role in helping him gain significant confidence and a renewed sense of self-belief.

Inspired by his journey, LW now volunteers as a barista at Rusty’s Coffee Club, where he continues to grow through hands-on experience in a real working environment. In addition to his volunteering, LW is also an active member of the Colt Community Choir, which has given him another outlet for self-expression and social connection.
