Established by Project Colt in 2005, to generate much needed funding for core services, all the profits from Colt Enterprise sales help support the work of the charity.
Colt Enterprise has developed into a robust company and now offers a range of valued services to the local community. Our three huge sales rooms offer quality new and used furniture and household goods at low, affordable prices as well as products made by local artisans.
Having a social enterprise provides a safe space and community for the people engaged with the 3rd phase of their recovery, or for other long term unemployed people.
We work with several partners across Calderdale, especially those who support people struggling with life-controlling issues.

Collection
To make donating your pre-loved furniture as easy as possible, we offer a convenient collection service. Our friendly team can arrange a suitable time to come and pick up your items, saving you the hassle of transportation. We handle all collections with care and efficiency, ensuring your donations make a real difference.
White Goods
In addition to our excellent selection of pre-loved furniture, we offer a range of brand-new, quality white goods. We understand the need for reliable appliances, and our new stock provides energy-efficient options to suit various household needs. We aim to provide affordable and dependable solutions for your home.
Certified
We take great care to ensure that all our donated and new items meet the necessary safety standards. Our team meticulously checks all electrical goods, and where required, arranges for PAT certification to guarantee their safe operation. For upholstered furniture, we verify compliance with fire safety regulations.
Gift Aid
Your donations can go even further with Gift Aid. As a registered charity, we can reclaim tax on the sale of your donated items, provided you are a UK taxpayer and complete a Gift Aid declaration. This means that for every pound your donated items raise when sold in our store, we receive an extra 25 pence from HMRC, at no additional cost to you.
